Yoga Meridian Flow combines Classic Yoga poses with the inner alchemy of traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic science. Each class begins with Centering, Breath, Sun Salutes and Meridian Activation. Explore the energy Pathways of the Meridians, Healing Acupressure Points, and the location of your Vital Organs in this unique Posture Practice.
Expect a full-spectrum, anatomy-based practice with pose variations and a 5 Seasons emphasis. Class is All-Levels with some Yoga experience beneficial.

Yin & Zen Yoga is a floor-based practice of slow-paced stretches that target your deep soft tissue, address fascia adhesions and dissolve old layers of Physical injury and Mental tension. The postures incorporate traditional Chinese Medicine into Yin Yoga postures that are held for 1-7 minutes.
This approach activates the subtle Pathways of energy in the body, known as Meridians in Chinese Medicine or Nadis in Hatha Yoga. Suitable for All Levels of experience, and a complement to more active styles of Yoga Posture and Physical Exercise.

My purpose is to offer authentic healing experiences through Anatomy-informed Yoga Health, Myo-Fascial Therapy techniques and proven Daily Habits.
I established my bodywork practice in 1997, when I realized the 7 years spent struggling with Chronic Pain and then Back Surgery, had uniquely prepared me to serve and hold space for others to heal.
My own journey through pain, surgery and chaos, took me on a ride through several seasons life. I was forever changed by that process. I'm now a former Interior Designer turned Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Seeker.
I now believe... There's exponential value to creating order and health in the body.
And.. we can capably investigate, recalibrate and emerge from pain towards purpose and freedom.
